Please note:

• WVU Faculty, Staff, and Students will use their login to access the software.
• WVUMedicine employees will need to have a WVU AD account in order to access the software. If you are a WVUMedicine employee and are having trouble accessing the software, please contact scheduling@mail.wvu.edu to request assistance.
• 25Live Open Lab Training Dates are available.
• Online instructions are also available for those unable to attend an open lab.
• All reservations made through this software are held in a tentative state and will not appear on the calendar until confirmed.
• Reservation requests for semester classes will not be accepted through this software program.
• HSC Room Scheduling Staff will review, approve and confirm all reservations via email.
• All confirmations are generated directly from the scheduling software.
