Email Support MS Exchange Archival Policy
All Exchange items sent and received from/to your account stay resident on the Exchange servers until you delete them. With the move to Office 365 and the 50 GB mailbox/user, policies previously enforced to archive and purge older items will no longer be implemented by ITS.
