SOLE 11 Coming Soon

As you know, SOLE has evolved a lot over the last 17 years. It has grown to become the entry point for online education and resources for the Health Sciences Center. SOLE is a part of our everyday life and the core of the student education experience. Throughout this time, our goal has always been to provide information and simplify the learning experience.

In this spirit, we're excited to announce the upcoming release of SOLE 11, which will focus more on ease of use and delivering the tools you need so you can study, observe, learn and engage!

SOLE 11 will launch in two phases. On May 10, Phase 1 launches the new design across the student view and most of the administrator view. Your existing courses, content, exams, interactions and files will not be affected. However, your content will look different based on the new SOLE 11 design. Please note, the administrator view of Exams, Gradebook and Surveys will continue to appear in the current design until the launch of Phase 2.

There are also new features to enhance your experience:

  • Fully-responsive mobile design
  • Simplified SOLE homepage and user interface
  • New calendar views
  • New notification views
  • View from content only feature
  • Notes
  • Searchable Learning resources
  • Recent searches and filters
  • Favorites

On Aug. 7, Phase 2 will complete the new design across SOLE 11. All dates have been selected to minimize impact on users.
