Testing Your Connection to Epic

  1. From within WVUH/HSC network go to http://login.wvuh.wvuhs.com or from outside WVUH/HSC go to https://healthapps.wvuhealthcare.com.
  2. Login using your HSC login credentials. Under the domain, select HSC. Please note the initial login may require more time as your account is setup. If the 1st login takes longer than 10 minutes, please call the HSC Help Desk.
  3. Click on the ‘Epic 2014’ icon to run this application. If Epic runs, the installation was successful.
  4. If you receive a “Client File Security” window stating “A server application is requesting access to your local client files”, select “Full Access” and “Never ask me again”, click OK.
