Single Exam IT Support Request

IT support from HSC ITS is available for all onsite laptop program participant exams. 

  • Quizzes and short exams (under 20 questions/20 minutes) are not eligible for onsite support. Phone support is always available as needed. All classroom phones have the Exam/Quiz Support Hotline. Please use this line for immediate assistance with any quiz.
  • The exam proctor must be present before the exam can begin. HSC ITS is not able to serve as a proctor. 
  • One week advance notice is required for onsite support.
  • HSC ITS will arrive 10 minutes before the exam start time unless other arrangements are requested.
