HSC Password Resets

When you reset your HSC password you have 90 days until it expires, you should receive emails close to the password experation date reminding you to change your email.  If you do not receive these emails please log into http://myaccess.wvu.edu and click on the MyHR tab and under Personal Info verify that your Organizational Email Address is correct.  If your email address is incorrect please contact your EBO so they can update this information in MAP. You can check your account status and expiration date of your password at any time by logging in through here: https://login.wvu.edu/self-service/dist/index.html#/status/auth

If you fail to change your password in the required 90 days your account will become disabled.  If this happens you will lose access to all the resources you have; ie. HSC email, Epic, MyAccess, SOLE, WVU.Encrypted, ability to log onto the domain and use network drives/printers, etc.  If this happens you will need to go to http://login.wvu.edu and click on reset account.  This will be just like when you claimed your account initially.  If you do not know your WVUID number there is a Forgot your WVUID? link on the left hand side of the page where you can look it up.
