Now Copy Signup Lists
Using Signup List in SOLE has become even easier. You now can create an exact copy of the signup registration and reuse it for a similar event — whether you are scheduling video conferences, clinical groups, office hours, course projects, or managing other online events.
You can also easily incorporate Zoom or Collaborate Ultra by adding their meeting link into the description box within the setting of the signup list.
Zoom Meeting Security Tips
We recommend following Zoom's privacy and security guidelines when planning Zoom meetings. Some pre-meeting settings you can enable include:
- Waiting rooms, where participants wait for hosts to admit them into the main room.
- Passwords at the individual meeting level and the user, group, or account level.
